The Texas Regional Collaboratives for Excellence in Mathematics Teaching were formed to improve the academic achievement of students in mathematics through teacher professional development. Regional Collaboratives provide training for teachers of K - 12 mathematics. During the 2006-2007, twenty Collaboratives served over 8,000 teachers. For the current 2007-2008 grant period, twenty-two institutions across the state of Texas serve as Mathematics Regional Collaboratives. Please contact the Mathematics Regional Collaborative in your area to participate in training.

Statement of Work Example

Sample Invoice
This is a quick reference to show what elements make up a proper invoice. Project Directors should give a copy of this sample to business office contacts to assure accuracy and thoroughness in invoicing procedures.
Invoice Template
Business offices can use this form to create invoices if your institution does not already have an invoicing template in place. Tab through the form entering fields as you go, and then print it on a piece of your institution's letterhead. INVOICES WITH PROPER ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPORT SUBMISSIONS.
 
Budget Amendment Form
Project Directors should use this form if budgeted amounts within line items require adjustment at anytime throughout the grant cycle. This form cannot be accepted after July 1, 2007. Route all completed forms to Jeff Early for approval.
 
Profile Form
This form was established by the US Department of Education for tracking the use and dissemination of grant funds. Be as accurate and thorough as possible when completing this profile. THIS FORM IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR FINAL REPORT SUBMISSION.
